Cultural Awards

Holy Spirit College (HSC) held its annual Cultural Awards Showcase on Wednesday 29 October at the CQUniversity Conservatorium Theatre.

HSC’s Principal, Dr John Lyons, said “Our College community is enriched every day through its artistic pursuits.  Indeed, the most active members of our HSC Arts community bring cultural diversity, entertain us and impress and amaze us every year.”

Mr Luke McIntosh, was the Guest Speaker for this event.  Luke is a past HSC student and is a guitar and bass teacher at CQUniversity Conservatorium.  Luke performs professionally, both locally and internationally, and has also recorded a number of albums with different groups and collaborations.  He was a past Excellence in the Arts Award winner at Holy Spirit College in his graduating year.
