On Thursday 15 October, the ‘Bake for Drought’ fundraiser whipped up a storm of donations from the HSC community. Thanks to teachers, students and parents alike who brought an abundance of delicious cookies, cupcakes, brownies and baked goods. We would especially love to thank the contributing chefs and bakers who offered their time and craftsmanship to the drought relief effort. Living in a drought stricken area is a continual struggle for our neighbours in Western Queensland. The generosity of the HSC community helped the Religion & Ethics class to raise well over $1000 dollars! The funds will be distributed among needy families in drought stricken areas. Once again, thank you all for you generosity and for being an integral part of our community!
