HSC was a sea of pink on Friday 7 August to support our Pink Stumps Day.  Approximately 80% of students wore pink and/or donated to our fundraising effort for the McGrath Foundation to research for cancer.  With free dress donations, by staff and students, and the sale of cupcakes, fairy bread, soft drinks, as well as the the lolly jar competition, we raised over $1600.  I must thank Staffroom 54 for their raffle and large donation to the cause.  The rivalry between staff and students was fierce during the ‘Teacher vs Seniors’ cricket match at lunch time.
